1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FridgeAI. FridgeAI is a web application provided by ChangeSales Oy ("FridgeAI," "we," "us"). These Terms govern your use of the FridgeAI app and its services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

FridgeAI is for adults (18 years or older). All accounts must be registered and managed by an adult. You are responsible for all users in your Kitchen, including any co-chefs you invite.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must register for an account and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Billing

FridgeAI offers a 10-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app. Subscriptions are recurring and auto-renew monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Current pricing is available at app.fridgeai.eu/subscribe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained until the end of the billing period and then permanently deleted.

Right of Cancellation for EU Consumers: If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@fridgeai.eu. If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

6. Kitchen and Co-chef Management

The subscribing user is the Kitchen owner, responsible for inviting and managing co-chefs. A Kitchen supports multiple members under one subscription. The Kitchen owner manages billing. All members share full access to the Kitchen's recipes, pantry, and taste memory.

7. Data Management Upon Cancellation

When a subscription ends and is not renewed, the following occurs: all saved recipes, pantry items, shared recipes, and Kitchen notes are permanently deleted; all Kitchen memberships and user profiles associated with the Kitchen are deleted; user accounts with no remaining Kitchen associations are deleted. This process runs automatically within 24 hours of subscription expiry.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly. You must not post unlawful or harmful content, infringe on the rights of others, or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the app.

9. Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.fridgeai.eu/privacy.

10. Intellectual Property

All app content and functionality are the exclusive property of ChangeSales Oy and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. FridgeAI does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Recipe suggestions are generated by AI and should be treated as inspiration. Always use your own judgment regarding food safety and dietary suitability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FridgeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
